Find the official ISAME Forum 2026 registration contacts, complete a paid registration and plan your Kathmandu hotel, transfers and travel dates.
The 54th ISAME Forum takes place in Kathmandu from 16 to 19 December 2026, according to Lions International. The organizer's website lists The Plaza, Kathmandu as the venue. Forum registration and your hotel or transport booking are separate arrangements.
If you are looking for the registration link, first check which of these two situations applies to you.
Registering for the first time
Contact the forum organizers for the current new-delegate registration process. At our check on 27 October 2026, the site's Register button opened a completion page for people who had already paid; it was not a first-time registration form.
Ask the organizing team to confirm:
- Your delegate category and the fee that applies when you register.
- What the registration includes, including any separately charged events or meals.
- The payment deadline, accepted method and confirmation process.
- The terms for changes, substitutions and cancellations.
- Any separate arrangements for accompanying family members.
Use the amount and payment instructions confirmed by the organizer. Different promotional amounts may refer to different booking periods, so an older price is not a reliable basis for payment.
Already paid and have a registration number?
Use the organizer's paid-registration completion page. It asks for your registration number and offers verification by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Complete the remaining steps on that official site and retain your registration confirmation or pass when it is issued.
If you do not have a registration number, or your verification details do not match, contact the organizer rather than creating another payment. Sustainable Journeys' hotel enquiry form does not issue a forum pass.
Match your travel dates to your programme
The forum dates are 16-19 December. Sustainable Journeys' suggested 14-20 December travel window allows for arrival, a possible sightseeing day and departure. It is a travel plan, not the official duration of the conference.
Check the organizer's programme before choosing flights: some delegates may have preparatory meetings or other commitments outside the main event dates. Share your actual arrival and departure times with the travel desk, especially if your club members are arriving on different flights.
For a short visit, establish which sessions you need to attend before choosing hotel nights. For a longer stay, decide whether your Nepal extension comes before or after your forum commitments. Leave room for transfers and possible travel delays when connecting an extension with an international flight.
Arrange your Kathmandu stay and transfers
Browse Kathmandu hotels, then send a travel enquiry with:
- The number of travellers and rooms, including room-sharing preferences.
- Arrival and departure dates, flight details when available, and pickup points.
- Any accessibility needs or other requirements that affect hotel and vehicle choice.
- Your expected daily travel between the hotel and venue.
- Any sightseeing or extension plans, with the extra nights they require.
Request a written quote that separates accommodation, airport transfers, other transport and optional activities. Check the included meals, cancellation terms and payment schedule for those travel services. These details help you compare hotel arrangements without confusing them with the forum registration fee.
Club and district coordinators can use the ISAME group booking desk to discuss room blocks and staggered arrivals. Keep a separate record of each person's forum registration status and travel confirmation.
Before you travel
Keep your organizer confirmation, hotel confirmation, transfer contact and flight itinerary available. Indian delegates should also check the travel-document guidance before departure; a conference pass does not replace a valid travel document.
For accommodation, transfers and Nepal extensions, send your travel details to Sustainable Journeys. For event registration, fees or pass issues, use the organizer links above.
