Inclusions

All transportation and transfers as outlined in the itinerary. Double/Twin-sharing accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Lodge accommodation during the trek on a twin-sharing or multi-sharing basis. Full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) throughout the trekking period only. Required trekking permits (TIMS), conservation fees, and park entrance charges. One porter for every two trekkers to carry personal gear. Services of a certified English-speaking trekking guide. Comprehensive medical kit and first-aid support throughout the trek.

Itinerary

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m) Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our team will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Meet your trekking guide to discuss the itinerary, trekking essentials, and preparations for the journey ahead. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu Sightseeing After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley: Explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, the historic seat of the Malla and Shah kings. Visit Kumari Temple, home of the living goddess. Stop at Swayambhunath Stupa, perched atop a hill with panoramic views of the valley. Visit Patan to see the Krishna Mandir and Golden Temple, rich in Newari architecture and culture. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding (2,652m) Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (approx. 40 minutes), a flight with breathtaking Himalayan views. After landing, explore the village while the Sherpa crew prepares equipment. Begin trekking along the Dudh Kosi River through pine and rhododendron forests, passing Ghat, and descend to Phakding for your first night in the Khumbu region.

Namche Bazaar (3,440m) Enter Sagarmatha National Park at Jorsale, cross the Bhote Koshi River, and climb to Namche Bazaar, the main trading hub of the Khumbu region. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Acclimatization in Namche Spend a day acclimatizing. Hike through the national park for your first glimpses of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Visit Khumjung to see the legendary “Yeti skull” and the local Gompa, then stop at Khunde to visit the Hillary Hospital. Overnight in Namche.

Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3,867m) Descend to Phunki Thanga and enjoy lunch beside water-driven prayer wheels. A short, steep climb through forests of pine, fir, and juniper brings you to Tengboche Monastery, the largest and most important monastery in the region. Overnight at Tengboche.

Tengboche – Dingboche (4,360m) Visit Tengboche Monastery in the morning. Trek along the Imja Khola, passing Pangboche and the village of Periche, before arriving in Dingboche. Overnight in Dingboche

Acclimatization in Dingboche Spend a day acclimatizing by hiking to a nearby rocky vantage point above Dingboche. Enjoy close-up views of Taweche, Ama Dablam, Island Peak, and Makalu. Overnight in Dingboche.

Dingboche – Lobuche (4,930m) Above the tree line, trek to Dusa, descend to a stream at 4,850m, and climb along the Khumbu Glacier’s moraine. Pass Dughla tea houses with views of Kala Patthar and Pumori, reaching Lobuche for overnight stay and acclimatization before your Everest Base Camp adventure.

Lobuche – Gorak Shep – Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – Lobuche Start early for a trek to Base Camp. Reach Gorak Shep in about two hours, then continue to Everest Base Camp. Experience the awe-inspiring surroundings of the world’s highest peaks. Return to Lobuche for overnight stay.

Lobuche – Kala Patthar (5,545m) – Lobuche Ascend Kala Patthar for panoramic sunrise views over Mount Everest and neighboring peaks. Descend to Lobuche for a well-earned rest and overnight stay.

Lobuche – Tengboche Descend through alpine valleys and scrub juniper forests to Pheriche, passing temporary climbing settlements. Continue to Tengboche for overnight stay.

Tengboche – Monjo (2,835m) Trek through forests of rhododendron and fir to Phunkitenga, cross the Dudh Kosi River, descend steeply to Trashinga, and continue via Jorsale to Monjo for overnight stay.

Monjo – Lukla (2,840m) Descend along the Dudh Kosi River and ascend to reach Lukla. Celebrate the completion of your trek in this charming village. Overnight in Lukla.

Lukla – Kathmandu Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy leisure time in the city. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Final Departure After breakfast Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward international flight.
